William T. "Billie" Sankovitch

Sankovitch, William T. (Billie), 70, Carlisle, formerly of Central City, died May 26, 2022. Born September 13, 1951, the son of the late Robert and Sophia (Pasierb) Sankovitch. Also preceded in death by brother, Robert (Butch). Survived by brothers, Jeffrey (wife, Elizabeth) and Philip (wife, Jody); sister, Suzanne Wilk (husband, Greg); along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; many friends and cousins, including a very special cousin Joanne Knapp, who never forgot a holiday for him. Billie enjoyed listening to the scanner, radio, and weather channel. He also loved firetrucks. Billie was a very special person, who had a smile on his face, a big heart, and brought so much love and joy to everyone. Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady Queen of Angels Chapel (St. John’s), Father Aron Maghsoudi Celebrant. Committal St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
