Walter Adomnik

Adomnik, Walter “Punky”, 96, Manns Choice, died December 15, 2017 at home.  Born November 4, 1921, the son of Stanley and Anna Adomnik.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, Virginia; infant daughter, Anna Louise; brothers, John, Joseph, Stanley, Frank, Anthony, Casmere and Michael; sisters, Nellie, Stella, Mary, Verna, Frances and infant sister, Josephine.  Survived by children, Walter Jr. (Ruth); Linda (Kenneth) Topka; Frank (Joyce); Rick (Mary Ann), Betty Ann (Thomas) Yatta; and Steven (Sandra).  Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great- grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.  Punky was a U.S. Navy veteran of WW II. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady Queen of Angels (Sacred Heart), Fr.
