Thomas D. Kuzupas Jr., 40, Cairnbrook, died March 15, 2026. Born September 30, 1985, the son of Thomas and Cannah Kuzupas. Survived by father Thomas Sr. (Sandy); mother Cannah Boozer; brother of Cheryl (James) Rogers and Allen; nieces and nephews: Crystal Gallo, James Rogers III, Brandon Rogers, A.J., Robert, Natalie, and Mary Hitechew; special friends: Cody, D.J., Nathan and Josh. 

Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home where a service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Rev. William Lybarger. Committal Schellsburg Cemetery.
