Thomas A. Chelednik

Thomas A. Chelednik, 76, Cairnbrook, died June 25, 2026. Born March 23, 1950, the son of Andrew and Mary Chelednik. 

Preceded in death by parents; brother Rudy and sister Patty.

Survived by wife Maize; children: Thomas (Stephanie), Michele, and Andrew; grandchildren: Tommy, Sara, Kaylee, and Brady; sister Kim (Wayne).

Tom was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino.

Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Sunday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 11 am Monday at SS Peter & Paul’s Orthodox Church, Very Rev. Miles Zdinak and Deacon Oleg Aminov. Committal Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers friends who wish may make donations to Windber Hospice or DiVita.
