Teri Lee Swartzwelder

Teri Lee Swartzwelder, was the sun that warmed our family and the guiding light that led us through life’s storms. She made us feel loved every single day.

Sadly, Teri passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 74. Teri was a devoted wife to husband Richard, with whom she just celebrated 55 years of marriage. She was a wonderful mother to Lisa Patterson and Lynn Trexler and her husband Toby; a loving grandmother to Dakota Trexler and his wife Courtney; Haley Trexler and Logan Trexler and an adoring Gigi to great granddaughter, Sydney Trexler.

Teri is also survived by her mother, Thelma Thomas; sister Linda Raphael, brother Josh Thomas; nieces and nephews. Along with cousins and countless friends. She was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. She will forever live in our hearts.

A celebration of Teri’s life will be held at 11am on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Camp Allegheny, 100 Camp Allegheny Dr. Stoystown, PA 15563
