Chappie, Stephanie C., 76, Central City, died May 11, 2021.  Born January 10, 1945, the daughter of Stephen and Carolyn (Chopper) Chop.  Preceded in death by parents and brother, Stephen (Mickey).  Survived by husband, Steve; sons, Stephen and Daniel; grandchildren, Jason and Nicholas; great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Timothy and Michael.  Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home where Service will be held 9 a.m. Saturday, Fr.
