Chapman, Ruby J., 85, Levittown, formerly of Central City, died December 1, 2021 at home. Born January 20, 1936, the daughter of Kenneth Sr. and Grace (Boyer) Custer. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Clair; son, Dennis; sister, Helen; brothers, Harold and Lester. Survived by children, John (Audrey); Cindy (Larry) Hogue; Connie (Jim) Atkinson; Carolyn (Joe) Loftus; Margie (Mike) Valletto; Lee (Debra). Also survived by 20 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Ken (Mert) Custer; daughter-in-law, Patty; best friend, Doloris Deery; and a number of nieces of nephews. Friends will be received Thursday, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. at the Central City Christian Church, Pastor Randy Reynolds officiating.
