Rose Mary Horner, 80, Central City, died November 28, 2025. Born July 19, 1945 in Buffalo, New York. Preceded in death by mother Ann; father Harold Dellwardt; former husbands: Paul Webb, David Stine, Keith Horner; children Mark Webb and Dawn Fink; son-in-law Edwin Fink; brother Gregory Baker. Survived by children: Matthew, Michelle (Gary), Vivian, Joshua Stine Jr.; grandchildren: Jessie, Michael, Nicholas, Amber, Gregory, Joshua Jr.; great grandchildren: Alexander, Sarah, Brayden, Lucas, Atlas, Cove, Emma, Wesley, Forest; brother Michael (Sandy); daughter-in-law Pat Webb; a niece and a number of cousins; two dogs, Penny and Muffin. Rose loved gardening, bingo, gun raffles, and cash bashes.
