Paul R. Childers

Paul R. Childers Jr., born June 3, 1955, passed away peacefully in his home on April 30, 2025. He was the son of Daisy Graham (Theo) and Paul Childers Sr. and the husband of late wife, Tracey Childers. He was preceded in death by father Paul R. Childers Sr.; stepfather Theo Graham; mom Daisy Graham; granddaughter Sierra Bereider; wife Tracey Childers. He was survived by brothers George Childers and Sam Childers (Justine); son Paul R Childers III; daughter Barbara Romesberg (Jim); 3 stepchildren: Meghan Fair, Jack Oakes, Sean Oakes; 4 nieces and a nephew. He was a loving grandfather to Grant III, Aspen, Gabe, Ryan, Brandon, Cameron, Samara, Jace, Owen, Sean Jr., Addison, McKenzee, Easton, and great grandchildren Keegan, Isabelle, and Everly. Paul R. Childers Jr. retired from Somerset Steel Erection Company. He loved having all his grandchildren around, caring for his horses, and spoiling his dogs Ben, Mashone, and Miles. He will be missed by all. Friend’s will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at 3C’s Church, 165 Boyer Pond Road, Central City. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at 3 C’s Church, Pastor Samuel Childers Officiating.
