Chipchosky, Michael F., 68, Central City, died March 10, 2016 at home. Born June 5, 1947, the son of Andrew and Stella (Muzia) Chipchosky. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Andy and Steve; sister-in-law, Donna; and brother-in-law, Ed. Survived by wife of 44 years, the former Joanne Monko; his children, Michelle (Jack) Alava, Pittsburgh; Amy (Devin) Keeler, Carlisle; and Michael (Jennifer), Warren, Indiana; grandchildren, MacKenzie, Trystan, Kennedy, Trent, Bryn, Hayden and Asher; brother and sisters, Helen Polefko, Texas; Thomas, Central City, and Lillian (George) Mitchell, Central City; sisters-in-law, Erma, Rocky and Viv; brothers-in-law, Butch, John, Bob, and Rick; and a number of nieces and nephews. Mick was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady Queen of Angels (Sacred Heart) Catholic Church, Father Aron Maghsoudi, celebrant. Private committal. Military honors by Central City American Legion and VFW Posts.
