Maryanne (Gulakowski) Waterman

Maryanne "Annie" from Central City, PA. Born November 13th, 1954 passed away November 6th, 2019 in Montgomery County MD. Preceded in death by her parents Romie and Peggy (Casper) Gulakowski. Annie is survived by her three children, John Samuel, Sarah and Aimee. Her three grandchildren Stephen, River and Dillon. Annie is also survived by her long time partner Paul Henry. Annie is further survived by her sister Maggie Ference (Joe) and brothers Bob Gulakowski, Rick Gulakowski (Barbara), Bernie Gulakowski (Dorene), Jack Novack (Betty Lou), and many nieces and nephews. After living in Alaska for many years Annie moved back to Johnstown, PA to be closer to her family. While living in Johnstown Annie worked for the National Institute of Health in the A.I.D.S. Research Department located in Maryland. Her years of dedicated work and colleague fellowship will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Annie was a kind woman that always thought others first. She was a fearless Mother, Nana, friend and confidant of many. She enjoyed camping and being outdoors and looked forward to retirement and traveling the country with her Paulie.
Annie will be truly missed and we will always remember her genuine loving spirit.
