Mary Rachel Dooley

Mary Rachel (Deneen) Dooley, the daughter of Melvin and Mildred (Gaumer) Deneen, Born on March 1, 1931, in Ralphton, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025.

She was proceeded in death by husband John "Dutch", and brothers, Earl (Helen), Thomas (Mary) and Robert Deneen and sister-in-law MaryAnn Deneen; nieces: Susie, Roberta, and Sheila; nephews: Paul, George, Peter, Brian, and Earl, and brothers in law Jim and Chuck.

She is survived by son, John (Karen) and daughter, Lori (Colleen); brother Ted "Shab" Deneen; sisters: Gloria Gibbons and Myrna Gianakos and son Jimmy, and sister-in-law Florence Deneen. Grandchildren: Christoper (Katie) Dooley, and Megan (John) Surso. Great-grandchildren: Elijah, Carson and Charlotte "Charlie" Dooley, Reese, Jack, and Joseph "Joey" Surso. Special Friends Brandon Ritenour and Rose Sprock. And many other nieces and nephews.

Mary touched so many lives with her warmth and kindness. Friends will be received at Graef Lutheran Church, 2 Second Street, Cairnbrook, Pa. 15924, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025, with the service following. Please join the family for a luncheon at the V.F.W., 351 Main Street, Central City, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Graef Lutheran Church.
