In her earlier years, Madelain was an active member of Our Lady Queen of Angels Chapel (St. John’s). She belonged to the ladies’ choir, Lady’s Guild, and the Rosary Society. She could also be found assisting with special events by preparing food, as she loved to cook and bake. Madelain spent her last years residing in Annapolis, MD with her son Gary, who retired in 2022 to provide her with full-time care. They were both thankful for the quality time spent together sharing meals, laughing and reminiscing. She enjoyed completing her daily crossword puzzles, the occasional strawberry milkshake, and was always ready for her next trip to the casino. She was strong, loving, dedicated and hardworking every day of her life. Her family was her everything and she always put them first. She will be missed dearly by many. Friends will be received from 4-7 p.m. Monday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady Queen of Angels (Sacred Heart), Father Aron Magasoudi.
