John S. Letosky

Letosky, John S., 78, Central City, died November 3, 2025.

Preceded in death by parents Sam and Helen Letosky (Kalanish). Survived by wife Irene Letosky (Strongosky); children: Gina Kostick (Letosky), Michael Letosky, Ann Letosky, Steve Letosky and Greg Letosky; sisters: Patricia Bobak (Letosky) and Jane Letosky; grandchildren: Kara Olsen (Topka), Michael Letosky Jr., Gaige Letosky and Sophia Ansell; great granddaughter Laurel Irene Olsen. 

John served in the US Army then worked 38 years for North American Hoganas.

"Hon" enjoyed hunting, fishing, tinkering in the garage, gardening, riding around the mountain, cooking, grilling, drinking beer, "pingin," and watching 60 Minutes.

He is deeply missed and loved by all of us.

Friends will be received Thursday 4-8 pm at the Mulcahy Funeral Home. Funeral Service 10 am Friday at SS Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, Very Rev. Protopresbyter Robert Buczak.
