John R. Bedzik

Bedzik, John R., 82, Indian Lake, passed away July 21, 2020 at Somerset In Touch Hospice.  Born November 10, 1937 in Duquesne, the son of the late John and Mary (Kovalsky) Bedzik.  Survived by loving wife of 41 years, the former Joan Wolf; son, Michael J. and wife Jackie, Elizabeth Twp; sister, Phyllis (Bedzik) Odle, N. Palm Beach, FL; and 4 grandchildren.  John was a locomotive engineer for the Union Railroad (U.S. Steel) and retired after 40 years of dedicated service.  He loved deer hunting, especially buck.  He also enjoyed walleye fishing in Lake Erie.  Due to the present health restrictions, Funeral Services will be private to the family.  Committal, St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Cemetery, Fr.
