Carnell, James C. Sr., 70, Central City, died May 19, 2016 at his home.  Born November 15, 1945, the son of Thurman and Delma Carnell.  Preceded in death by his father and brother, John.  Survived by mother; wife, Betty L.; daughters, Staci (Dwight) Shaffer and Susan (Bill) Snyder; son, James C.
