Miller, Irma L., 77, Central City, died May 5, 2016. Born October 23, 1938, the daughter of the late Martin and Hazel (Lyons) Nichols. Survived by husband of 59 years, Frank E.; daughter, Debra Lapinsky-Oberholzer and husband Preston; grandchildren, Joseph Edward (Beth Ann) Lapinsky and Preston Chandler Oberholzer; great-grandchild, Kennedy Olivia Lapinsky. Sister of, Maxine Meck, George (Bonnie) Nichols, John (Deb) Nichols, Martin (Nema) Nichols, Arlene Wasson, and James and Donald Nichols. Also survived by sisters-in-law, Dorothy Donia and Mary Chelednik; brother-in-law, Charles (Brenda) Miller; and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City.
