Baker, Herbert E. 73, Hooversville, died November 9, 2023. Born March 25, 1950. Preceded in death by wife Barbara (Camron); parents Clifford Baker and Betty Hochstein; stepfather William Hochstein; stepmother Verna Baker; son Keith; two infant daughters and a number of brothers and sisters. Survived by sons Kevin (Melissa) and Devin (Kimberly); four grandsons, five granddaughters, and three great grandchildren. Brother of David, Robert, Dan and Ida. Former coal miner and truck driver, and a proud member of UMWA Local 6410. Private arrangements by the Mulcahy Funeral Home.
