Helen Kalanish

Kalanish, Helen “Chris,” 56, Hooversville, passed away Dec. 15 2015.  Born Jan. 24, 1959, in Bakersfield, Calif., daughter of Kelly and Florence Yocum.  Survived by parents; partner, Merv Miller; and children, Amanda, and her husband, Jeff Sarver; Hollie, and her husband, Bob Torquato; and Danny, and his partner, Amber Contrillo.  Also survived by her siblings; seven grandchildren; her former husband, Daniel Kalanish; and a loving family.  Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City.  Committal will be held in California.
