Mihelcic, Frank P. Jr., 70, Central City, died June 29, 2016. Born August 23, 1945, son of the late Frank and Mary (Lutsic) Mihelcic. Survived by wife, the former Patricia Wahl; children, Rhonda (Brian) Spangler, Cairnbrook; Frank P. (Rebecca), Central City; Scott (Elissa), Souderton; grandchildren, Brandon, BJ, Dakota, and Makayla; brothers, James and Larry; and devoted dog, Hogan. Frank was a U.S. Army veteran. He was retired from Penn Machine; served 28 years as a conservation officer with the Pa. Fish Commission; spent many years as the equipment manager for Shade sports events; and founder of the Beaver Dam Run Trout Club. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church (Sacred Heart), Fr. Aron Maghsoudi. Committal St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
