Barta, Elmer J., 91, Cairnbrook, died April 28, 2020.  Born June 6, 1928, the son of Andrew and Margaret (Slage) Barta.  Preceded in death by parents; wife, Patricia; daughter-in-law, Nancy; brothers, George, Louis, Ernie, Albert, and Pete; and sisters, Lillian and Mary.  Survived by son, Daniel; daughter, Sharon (Carl) Hintosh; grandchildren, Jesse, Laura, Apryle, Shawn, Denise and Melissa; and 5 great-grandchildren.  Private visitation at the Mulcahy Funeral Home.  Committal and Graveside Service will be held at McGregor Cemetery, Cairnbrook, Pastor Jeffrey Bassette.  Graveside military rites by Central City VFW and American Legion Posts.  www.mulcahyfuneralhome.com.
