Dolores J. (Hillegass) Bulger

Bulger, Dolores J., 80, formerly of Central City, passed away March 20, 2020 at Conemaugh’s Palliative Care.  Born March 12, 1940 in Gahagen, the daughter of the late Walter and Phylis (Thomas) Hillegass.  Preceded in death by husband, Robert F.; brothers, Tommy and Jack Hillegass; and special friend, Andy Loner.  Survived by her four children, Thomas (Cleda) Bulger, Cairnbrook; Mary Felicia (Richard) Lohr, Hooversville; Pamela Mostoller, Jennerstown; and Robert (Carole) Bulger, Richland; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great- grandchildren; brother Gary (Donna) Hillegass, NY; and special friends, Sue Fetzko and Paul and Kitty Kleczeck whom she loved spending time with.  A special thank you to the staff at Country Manor Living for their wonderful care.  Private visitation at the Mulcahy Funeral Home.
