Charles R. Field

Field, Charles R., 74, Central City. Pap went to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on June 18, 2022. Born September 7, 1947, the son of Robert and Ethel Field. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Joanne, Ruby, Opal, and Diane. Survived by wife of 54 years, Carolyn; children, Mark, Tracey (Steve) Ott, Regina (Brian) Mains, and Charlie Jr.; grandchildren, Michael (Chelsea), Corey, Mikayla (Jake), Samantha; great grandson, Clay; brother of, Don (Pat) and Harvey; also survived by a number of nieces and nephews, including special nephew, Dave Hartman and best friend, John Taylor. Pap was the heart and soul of the family racing team. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but truly loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandson. A special thank you to his hospice nurse, Barb. Friends will be received from noon until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home, Pastor Anthony Byers.
