Brett A. Barnes

Barnes, Brett A., 28, Central City, died March 25, 2022. Born December 22, 1993, the son of Andrew Barnes and Maria (Jablon) O’Ship. Preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents. Survived by parents, Andy (Kim) Barnes and Maria (Mark) O’Ship; sister, Stephanie Barnes; brother, Thor O’Ship; step brothers and sisters, Bridgette, Tyler, Jordan, Tori, and Jenna; step grandparents, John and Nancy O’Ship; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. And his dog, Apollo. Brett was a devoted Cleveland Browns and Ohio State fan. He enjoyed sports, especially MMA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the SPCA.
