Brenda Gayle Dowdell

Dowdell, Brenda Gayle, 69, Johnstown, died May 21, 2016 at home.  Born December 4, 1946, the daughter of Monnie and Emma Johnson.  Preceded in death by parents; brother, Monnie; sons, Christopher J. and Victor S. Croyle.  Survived by husband, Les; and these children, Chuck (Kim) Croyle; Jethro (Nena) Overman; Allyson (Edward) Mellott; Cassandra (Mark) Fredinelli; Shelly Dowdell; and Scott Dowdell; 18 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City, where service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, the Rev.
