My/our thoughts and prayers go out to the Chapman Family. Jim will be missed as a friend, buddy, Legionnaire and family man. Hunting, golfing, politics and community brought him back here and we, at Shanksville Legion Post 911 are better off today because of his commitment to making things better, while having fun.
His interest and involvement in the Patriot Park Memorial has helped get Phase 1 off the ground. Believing in today's Veterans and focusing on the Global War on Terror (GWOT) will live on because of the initial efforts he put in.
Thanks Jim. We will keep in going and remember your energy.
