Delasko, Shirley Elizabeth (Robb), 84, Central City, passed away December 6, 2019 at Chan Soon-Shiong Hospital. Born December 30, 1934, the daughter of William and Bessie (Manges) Robb. She is preceded in death by parents; her husband Charles; four sisters, Dorothy (Robb) Pero, Twila (Robb) Kovach, Betty (Robb) Stahl and Kathleen (Robb) Murphy; and two brothers, Merle and Carl Robb.  Survived by children, Charles Delasko Jr. and Connie (Jeffrey) Boden, both of Central City; grandchildren, Jeffrey Boden Jr. and Lisa (Herman) Lepley; great- grandchildren, Madyson, Taylor and Rylee; brothers Jack (Ida) Robb, Ohio; and James Robb, Philadelphia. Also survived by sister-in-law, Mary Sullivan and cousin, Carol Olsen, and their families all of New Jersey; and a very large number of nieces and nephews, including 8 great-great-great nieces and nephews; as well as many friends, and her faithful companion, Gracie Mae, her cat. She was being rehabbed at Windber Woods nursing home for a broken hip and died of complications. Shirley was a long time member of the Central City United Methodist Church and for many years a member of the choir.  Shirley took an interest in her family history with her brother Jim and found that she was a direct descendant of three Mayflower Passengers arriving at what today is Plymouth, MA in 1620, as well as 45 or more Revolutionary War veterans. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Mulcahy Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Central City United Methodist Church, Pastor Heidi Helsel.
